I had my car towed and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The dispatcher Lamar was great excellent communication, kept me updated the entire time, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. The driver arrived on time, got the job done without any issues. The service was truly top tier. I highly recommend them if you need reliable towing!
Andrew was amazing! He showed up as quickly as possible to a chaotic accident site. He was kind, efficient, and worked with law enforcement to get all cars back on the road quickly and safely. Thankfully damage was minimal and towing was quick to my intended destination. Got the tough work done with speed and precision and was a gem of a human during a tough moment for quite a few people.
The driver was very efficient and effective. You could tell he cared about the safety of clients and himself. They got there in a hour or less on a busy day for them. Everything from calling to them towing the car was very straightforward and clear. Being on the side of the road is stressful situation and scary but they made everything easier and less stressful.
